1. About EasyPath Advisors

EasyPath Advisors LLC provides insurance education, needs-based guidance and assistance with insurance quotes, applications and enrollment where appropriately licensed and authorized. References to “EasyPath,” “we,” “us” or “our” mean EasyPath Advisors LLC.

2. Educational information—not professional advice

Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not a complete description of any insurance policy, benefit, exclusion, limitation, carrier requirement or enrollment rule, and it is not legal, tax, financial, investment or medical advice. You should review official plan documents and consult an appropriate professional when needed.

3. No guarantee of coverage or results

Submitting a form, requesting a quote, scheduling a call or speaking with us does not create coverage, guarantee eligibility, guarantee a premium or bind an insurance carrier. Coverage becomes effective only when confirmed by the issuing carrier and subject to its terms, underwriting, payment and approval requirements. Product availability and agent licensing vary by state and individual circumstances.

We may represent multiple insurance organizations and products, but we do not represent every carrier or plan available in every area. Recommendations and comparisons are limited to products we are authorized and licensed to offer. Carrier names and product information remain the property of their respective owners.

You are responsible for reviewing applications, policy documents, notices, costs, benefits, exclusions and effective dates before making a decision. Please tell us promptly if information changes.

6. Website forms and appointments

Online forms and scheduling tools are provided for convenience. An appointment request is not final until confirmed. Please avoid entering Social Security numbers, bank information, full medical records or other highly sensitive information into a general website form unless we provide a secure method and specifically request it.

If you separately opt in or otherwise request communication, we may send messages related to your inquiry, appointment, application or existing service.

Marketing communications

If you separately opt in, we may send educational or promotional messages about insurance services. Consent to marketing is not required as a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message.
